What makes Palomar Amusements different?
  • We operate the newest games from the world’s top amusement equipment manufacturers. Most of our competition operates equipment that is 15+ years old and well past its prime.
  • Our equipment actually works! We take great pride in keeping our equipment up and running.
  • We service our own equipment. Other companies use third party service companies to maintain their equipment.
  • We’re family owned and operated.
  • We’re a full time amusement operator. A lot of our competition is only available part time.
  • We clean and thoroughly inspect each game every time that we come to perform a collection. Other amusement companies just empty the coin boxes and hurry out the door.
  • We work on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Why should you go with Palomar Amusements instead of just buying your own games?
  • There is zero upfront cost you. You begin making profit immediately.
  • We are responsible for all repairs. You pay nothing to keep the equipment up and running.
  • We are experienced in selecting the right equipment to maximize your profits and to keep your customers coming back time and again.
  • We handle keeping the cranes and redemption games stocked with plush and prizes.
  • Video games can drop off in profit if they stay in a location for too long. Most video games need to be rotated every so often to stay fresh. If you only have one or two locations, then it’s hard to have enough games on hand to maximize your profits.

How often are the games cleaned and collected?
We visit our locations every one to four weeks depending on the type of equipment at the location. At each visit we clean and inspect all of the equipment for proper operation. Should any problems arise with the equipment between scheduled visits just call our 24 hour service hotline for a service call.

Are you a member of The Amusement & Music Operators Association (AMOA)?

What areas does Palomar Amusements service?
We Serve all of San Diego County and parts of southern Orange and Riverside County. We’re expanding our route all the time, so contact us if you have a specific location in mind.

How much space is required?
The space requirements vary depending on the types of equipment being operated. Smaller games such a Ms. Pacman or a candy crane only require four square feet. Contact us today and we can help tailor the games for your available space.

How much Power is required?
It’s very dependent on the equipment selected. Equipment such as bulk vending and foosball typically do not require any power. Generally, 4 to 6+ large games can be run off a single 20 amp 120 VAC circuit depending on the specific equipment selected.  We’ll evaluate the power available prior to selecting the games for your location.

How do customers get quarters/tokens to play the games?
Palomar Amusements will either provide a bill validator on the game, or a change machine next to the games. Paying by credit card or iPhone / Android is also available on some equipment.

Who is responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment?
Palomar Amusements is responsible for all service of the equipment.
